Our founding directors Rob and Gemma racked up a wealth of experience in media sales, planning, running commercial media departments and brand management before they got into the heady world of recruitment.
It was searching for talent for their teams that made them realise something had to be done to meet candidates’ career development goals without compromising client needs. People were leaving jobs for the same jobs in other companies for just a little bit more money and no more joy…. Career hours were being flushed down the pan.
Media recruitment is a cluttered, over-crowded and competitive market. We knew we needed to stand out from the rest, to show that we offer something completely different, that we give tangible results and value to candidates.
