The role presents strong career progression opportunities within the digital marketing landscape.  The successful candidate will work alongside senior team members to ensure award-winning delivery of your client's digital marketing campaigns.  

The Digital Media Manager will respond to all briefs (both brand and DR) and holistically look at what digital channels should be used and why.  You will plan smart, measurable and clever media plans across all digital channels as the account covers all aspects of digital; paid social, app install, mobile, programmatic display and many more, making it the perfect role to develop your all-round digital skillset.

You will work on the company's flagship media account. As you’d expect from one of the world’s largest publishers, the account is fast-paced and reactive with no two days the same!

You will have the autonomy to proactively build strong working relationships with internal and external contacts including clients whilst ensuring all your accounts are run to the highest of standards.

Day to Day Responsibilities of the Digital Media Manager:

  • Understand the online advertising landscape and associated new technologies
  • Be responsible for planning digital campaigns for your clients across all channels
  • Help collate and present case studies of great work for bi-monthly Agency sessions,
  • Post Campaign Analysis: Utilise the data from specialist teams to build insights and recommendations.
  • Accompany the Account Director on meetings and briefing sessions with key Agency Clients.


  • Experience within digital media planning
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to use own initiative
  • A creative approach to solving client’s problems
  • The ability to take a client brief and translate that to a digital solution
  • Proven experience in paid social, display or mobile essential with the desire to broaden your skillset
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills - must be fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Experience working with popular digital campaign tools including 3rd party tracking (Doubleclick, Omniture, Facebook Adverts Manager)
  • An awareness of other marketing disciplines and the practicalities of integration.
  • Strong levels of Excel knowledge, including pivot tables, charts and formulae.
  • Ruthless attention to detail, especially when employing individual processes and procedures
  • Be able to show integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation. Keep and maintain confidential information, client information and internal products
  • Motivated to participate in company development and personal growth.
  • Outgoing and must be a team player.
