I’ve been working in media recruitment since 2004 and running my own agency for the last 9 years.
Over my career I have built up a fantastic network across media planning & buying agencies, digital and content agencies - clients and candidates alike.
I've got a great grasp on the media industry, and that helps me quickly understand my clients needs. But more importantly it helps me understand the career challenges that my candidates are facing. The fact that I get to spend time with people as they make decisions about their careers, that I can help and support them in those decisions – that’s what I love about my job.
