This famous agency, based in a beautiful part of central London, has a huge client list that crosses multiple sectors including entertainment, leisure, travel, technology, energy and FMCG. This role will be dedicated to a huge international FMCG brand.


As DMP Platform Manager you will be responsible for driving regional adoption, engagement, and expansion of the DMP client-agency programmatic ecosystem. You will work directly with one of the world’s most well-known CPG brands. You will own the daily operations of the DMP  which includes regular and opportunistic data capture, making and testing integrations with DSPs, and audience building and pushing. In account management, you will proactively and creatively marshall the capabilities of the DMP to help achieve campaign and business objectives.


Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Proactive operation of the DMP on behalf of the client and member agencies to deliver real business value
  • To serve as control tower and knowledge hub for the twenty market agencies that rely on this DMP platform
  • To be part of the audience planning process in major campaigns across key client markets, proposing technical and creative solutions to meet campaign requirements
  • Maintaining active dialogue and establish strong working relations with the many level functional groups, and markets within the client’s organisation
  • Troubleshooting and fixing data collection and system-to-system integration problems; serving as project manager and engineer on new data ingestion opportunities
  • Establishing good working relationship with the technology provider

To be successful in this role you must have hands-on experience in programmatic operations in at least one of these areas: ad ops, tag management, trafficking, and/or audience management. 

Prior media agency experience, especially in network development and knowledge sharing, is an advantage and ideally you will have a proven experience in the use of a DMP from either the buyer or publisher side.

You will definitely have a view on the current DMP landscape and be aware of the strengths and limitations behind each marketing leading product. 

You will need:

  • BA/BS degree or relevant combination of education and experience
  • Experience working with Data Management Platform technology, or
  • Mastery in at least one of these areas of programmatic advertising: ad ops, tag management, trafficking, and/or audience management
  • Experience in delivering and optimizing campaigns in Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team-first attitude
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of ad technology, online advertising and the digital space in general.
  • European languages a benefit
  • Ability to travel and work in different offices across Europe
