As Client Experience Director for this hugely successful, internationally-renowned media and comms agency you’ll be based in beautiful London location on the south side of the river. You will report into the Client Experience Team Director and take a leadership role with Client Experience Managers.
You will take responsibility for delivering a brilliant day-to-day client experience for your accounts and own key client relationships end-to-end. You will also take a strategic view of clients’ needs and opportunities. It is a vital part of this role that you will operate with skill across the horizontal and vertical – from customer journey planning to identifying new innovation and tech opportunities.

You are an experienced client experience leader with a track record of delivering great results for a wide variety of businesses. You are a collaborator who is adept at delivering through teams, across a range of disciplines. You understand and are comfortable with technology, and are abreast of the latest innovation and practices that can truly add value to your clients.
