As Client Experience Manager for this multi-award-winning, international mega-agency you’ll be based in a buzzing London location right on the South Bank. You will report into the Client Experience Director and be able to actively shape your own personal client contact strategy.
You will be responsible for effecting awesome client experiences in and outside the agency. internally and externally. You will collaborate with the Client Experience Director to manage client development planning, and establish client briefs and responses

You are an experienced client facing professional with a deep seated working knowledge of key critical agency utilities, processes, economics and analytics. You are a strong relationship builder both with your clients and within your peer and senior agency network.
