WHO WILL YOU WORK FOR?

You’ll be working at a leading provider of market intelligence, offering an unrivalled range of products & services. Within this global business, you’ll be working on their leading brand, focused on
the legal sector. This brand is a market-leader and has been established for over 30 years.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? 

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for inheriting & growing a client base of top-tier law firms, legal service providers and vendors. Your key responsibility will be to sell market insights, however negotiating cross-portfolio deals and driving additional revenue is also important!

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Understand client objectives and present the most appropriate solutions to meet their needs
  • Create and implement strategic sales plan, to consistently deliver/exceed against monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Proactively and effectively source new business revenue by identifying and assessing product development
  • Calls to new business and key clients

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED? 

In order to be considered as the Business Development Manager you should: 

  • Exceptional sales performance within B2B subscriptions/ SaaS sales, or a related area
  • Personality; you can quickly establish trust and form relationships with new people
  • A natural problem solver, able to think on your feet and think laterally
  • A Bachelors degree equivalent or above
  • Curiosity; you are an active listener, constantly seeking to further your understanding of the market in which you operate
