WHERE WILL YOU WORK?

This highly respected content, data, research and training organisation has offices in London, New York and Singapore. This role will be based in the UK head office in central London.   

 WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Working closely with the Key Accounts Director you will be responsible for planning, executing and delivering sales. 

You will build an understanding of your customers’ business strategy and needs and target sales opportunities accordingly.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Accurate reporting and forecasting
  • Adhering to renewal schedules and keeping account admin accurate and up to date
  • Creating new opportunities through new budget lines, departments and where appropriate, growing accounts into global agreements
  • Identifying opportunities for company products and selling these in where appropriate
  • Ensuring maximum revenue generation through effective negotiation
  • Presenting at regular client meetings
  • Working collaboratively with internal support teams
  • Networking within the industry at events and conferences
  • Staying abreast of the subscription content, company products and the industry to flag relevant content to your client base in a timely manner

  • The initiative to identify at-risk and growth opportunities 
  • Ability to juggle accurate admin and renewal processes with proactive client contact and meetings
  • Client-facing experience with high value customers
  • Passion and interest in all things digital
